AOAOdelivery (predecessor) launched cheese fondue takeaway during Christmas, driven by restaurant customer requests. Its premium ingredients and thoughtful packaging made it hugely popular. Since then, holiday catering sets have become a hit with loyal foodies and regulars.
鑑於香港人對外賣到會的需求越發，於2022年頭數個月之間，單量以倍數增加。因出品品質高於行業水平及價錢合理，於熟客支持及鼓勵下，決定把規模進一步加大。
菁花飲食集團把 AOAO Delivery正名KitchenAO，
並於荃灣設立2500呎工場，為熟客及美食愛好者提供比巿場上「更高質、更美味、源頭更安全」的到會美食。
KITCHEN AO 設立健康專線 CHICKEN AO，務求令客人於慶祝時「食得招積」，閒時能「食得健康」，一站式照顧客人需要。
於一年發展後，有見顧客越發增長，感謝各上巿公司、政府機構、私人企業和一眾熟客支持。KITCHEN AO於2023迎接一個近5000呎的新工場，務求提拱「更高質、更美味、源頭更安全」的到會美食。
同時，新工場提供工商的VIP LUNCHBOX、廚師到會服務、設備租借服務等等，務求能一站式解決客戶的需求，真正做到 WE SERVE. WE WOW. 的終旨。
