Free Shipping Offers
To reward customer support, we offer these automatic free shipping discounts (no code needed):
- Orders ≥ HK$700: Free shipping in selected Kowloon areas; 50% off Hong Kong Island/New Territories fees.(Applies to serviceable areas.)
- Orders ≥ HK$1,450: Full Hong Kong free shipping. (Excl. non-service areas.)
Delivery Hours
- Standard Delivery : 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM daily. 我們的日常派送時間為 上午 11:00 至 晚上 8:30for specifics.
- Scheduled Time Slot Fee
- Scheduled Time Slot Fee (+HK$200): For ±15-minute precise delivery within standard hours.
- Off-Hours Delivery Fees:
- 07:00–08:00: HK$800
- 08:00–09:00: HK$600
- 09:00–10:00: HK$500
- 10:00–11:00: HK$400
- 20:30–22:00: HK$300
- (Other times: contact customer service.)
Important Delivery Notes
Prepare for Receipt: Ensure someone is available during your chosen slot with phone accessible. Staff will contact early.
Unable to Contact Customer: Delays or extra waiting fees due to customer issues (unreachable, no receipt) are charged to customer. Failed delivery re-arrangement: HK$250 fee.
Urgent (Same-Day) Orders: Order first, then WhatsApp customer service immediately; we'll arrange based on daily operations. WhatsApp .
Inclement Weather Policy:
Black rain/Typhoon 8+ within 4 hours before delivery: Free reschedule. Must rebook within 60 days (excl. public holidays).
- Typhoon 3/Red rain: Delivery continues normally. Same-day orders: Free reschedule up to 4 hours before meal prep. Rebook within 60 days.
- Service resumes ~5 hours after signal hoist. If delivery falls within this 5-hour window without CS notice, order auto-cancelled; await CS for reschedule.
If customer doesn't rebook within 60 days, set expires.
